PSC Reading
If you’re interested in helping children read with more fluency and confidence by using your expertise to diagnose and solve their reading problems, Professional Studies Certificate (PSC) for Reading Licensure is for you. The (PSC) for Reading Licensure serves teachers who already hold a master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education and who want to obtain Virginia licensure as a reading specialist without seeking Shenandoah University’s Master of Science in Literacy Education: Reading Concentration degree.
PSC Administration & Supervision
Shenandoah’s Professional Studies Certificate for Licensure in Administration and Supervision is designed for individuals who hold a master’s degree from an accredited university and who want to obtain Virginia licensure in School Administration and Supervision without seeking Shenandoah’s MSED in Educational Administration degree.
PSC Special Education
The Professional Studies Certificate in Special Education (K-12, K-6, 6-8, 6-12) Add-on Endorsements serve licensed teachers who desire to add Virginia Special Education Endorsement at their licensure level.

MS Literacy Education
